underated!!

I have this amp hooked up to my 2 12" CVXs with a ported box in my ford escape. I'm hitting well over 150db! This amp is capable of bass competition performance if you have it powered right! Deep cycle battery and capacitor is a must with this amp but it is very efficient meaning it doesn't draw a lot of current. Highly recommend to anybody with a decent set of subs!! Oh yeah, this amp has never even thought about getting hot!

one little good amp pushing (Kicker 08DS12L52) all together spent about 840 amp never gets hot after pushing it for a long time. S recomend to everybody. (use proper wireing and will sound amazeing)

Awesome underrated amp!

Very beefy amp. Huge power blocks.

No adjustable subsonic filter though. So really use this amp with a sealed box otherwise you'll hit dirty lows.

Pricey for the output but you definitely get what you pay for!

WOW!!!

I cant believe how much kicker underrates their amps. I had a birth sheet of 945. I hooked this beast up to a kicker l5 at 4 ohms and it bumps but bumps with clarity and percision.

Great Amp with Active Controller

I purchased this amp to run 2x Kicker 07CVR122 Subwoofers. This amp never struggled with the bass i asked from it. The best thing about this amp was the bass controll unit. which came in handy to turn down the bass and turn it up at the owners time of chosing.

Amazing Power!

I am so overly pleased with this amp. I heard about how Kicker under rates their amps power and they weren\'t kidding. My amp certificate read that it was putting out 926 watts of power! That\'s almost 200 watts over the stated power rating. It has some pretty good features as well and the red light on the top of the amp adds a nice touch.

Very nice amp

I love this amp! I have a single audiobahn aw1500q 15 inch sub in a ported box of 800 watts rms at 2 ohms, and this amp puts out 750 watts rms at 2 ohms so its perfect...this thing is so loud that i couldn't even imagine going the next step with a 1000 or even 1500..trust this is loud enough. i already blew two 12's.. a thunder 4500 and a alpine type s 12. no joke blew the type s in two days!

i have this amp hooked up to one 12"L7 and this thing thumps. My rear view mirror rattles when bass hits.very good amp. LIVIN LOUD!!! KICKER all the way....

Excellent amp for the price and size

Purchased 6 months ago and I love it. Pumps out much more bass than the JL 500/1. Very satisfied, would buy it again. Would have went with Rockford Fosgate but this amp fit under the seat just nicely. Birth rating was 948 Watts!

very clean amp

i bought this amp for my girlfriends car. she kept telling me honey i want a system. so i got her the 08 zx750.1, 2-12's rockford p2's. polkaudio 6.5 components along with 350.4 and some polk 6x9's for the rear deck. i also bought a kinetik 1400hc. she loves the setup and turn heads everywhere she goes. she likes it when her stereo drowns out other peoples and they crank theirs up or get pist off and roll up the windows. but their car can feel the bass from it.

I got this amp powering 2 kicker comp 12s and they slam I'm thinking about getting another one so i have 2 of them i will tell people who are looking to get a amp to get this one and get it from sonic

Not really much to say, its an excellent product made by Kicker, enough said. Looks great, price is right and your able to use a bass control knob that allows you to crank your subs all the way up or turn the bass off in case you want to listen to a talk show or just don't feel like having your brains pounded out haha. I have 2 - 12' CVR's hooked up to it and all I have to say is wow, super loud, super crisp, nice and clean sound. Excellent product great buy. I give it a 5/5 simply because its a great product like I said, and if it ever fails Kicker will in some cases honor your purchase with a 3 year warranty, cant beat that.

goooooood amp

i have this amp pushing two cvr 12s and i gotta say its the perfect amount of energy for them. i keep my gain low, and I dont even use the bass boost, but never the less, my car has one of the loudest systems in my school parking lot. if you want to get the most out of your sub, take the extra step in cash and buy this amp

If you don't have the money, be patient, save up for this amp.

If your looking to purchase a system for your ride. I feel that your about to make a very good purchase. If you don't have the money yet, just be patient and save a little more. It'll be worth it in the long run. Trust me you'll be more than pleased. Anyway, I purchased this amp with 2 kicker cvr 12's @ 2 ohms, in ported enclosure. I've had plenty of audio systems in my previous cars. All name brand, no BS. So far, this set up has been my best so far, bass wise. This amp puts out solid clean notes. Doesn't over heat or shutoff. Make sure for your sub purchase, that they can handle that true power. This amp will beat the hell out of a pair of 12's. I don't have 15's but I definitely know that they'll push some 15's. Just want you to know,(this is a head-turner, if you want to heard from blocks, set off car alarms, rattle the hell out of something, even make people roll up their windows, and/or make people get out of your way in traffic, buy this amp. Just don't forget, this amp is recommended at high volumes, preferably in an residential area. Can't be seen, but definitely heard.
P.S. I didn't want to remove my factory headunit. So I have the auto-turn-on (Smart Engage). Its' a cool little feature, but the only problem is that the amp doesn't shut off for about 4 mins after car is off. Could be my make and model but ohh well, it works like its supposed it.

AMAZING

I just got this amp installed with my two Audiobahn 12's today, and it slams!! I am very happy with this amp!! Before i had some piece of crap Bazooka amp powering them, but now it doesnt compare. I would recommend this to anyone is wants some serious bass in your ride.

Sounds and looks great

I have this amp and LOVE it! With this amp I push a Kicker L7 12inch, at 2ohms. Never over heats and looks clean.

This is a great value amp for the price!

I have this amp pushing two 10 inch JL audio's in a custom enclosure. There is more than enough power to handle these subs and the amount of bass I can generate will make you gasp for your next breath!

Great Amp

There have been no issues with overheating, i have it hooked up to one l5 and it slaps clean crisp and loud. The other great thing about this amp is that it comes with a bass remote because my parents have no idea what it is, but they don't want me to have a car that rattles and is really loud, so i will just turn the knob down, hehehe
Another thing to keep in mind is that behind the box in the rank of importance is the amp, a good way to blow a sub is to not have a good amp.

great with kicker cvr 12's

i used to own this product with the kicker cvr 12's subs. they were hitting so hard that it set off alarms systems in my neighborhood. i would say kicker is top 5 when coming to subs and amps. right now i own the kicker zx2500 amp powering up my kicker L7 12's. i love kicker amps, they don't overheat, and also have a fan to prevent overheating. overall if u own a kicker sub i would definitely get the kicker amp to go with it. if u own a different company sub i would get rid of that and go for the L7's. they will blow your mind away.

It takes a BEAST 2 get the job done....

I have ordered from Sonic Electronic before. A D-Class amp (MTX) with a set of 10in kicker comps. That system got stolen so I upgraded. The kicker O8Zx750 with 2 MTX7500 12s which really making heads turn. Bumper 2 Bumper rattles. Since the amp needs a lot of power i up graded my CAP and installed "THE BIG 3 UPGRADE " The 750.1 don't even heat up a GREAT BUY. As before Sonic Electronix has a faithful customer. I'm always coming back for more AMPS & SUBS.
