Usable

The wiring has done me right so far but the only thing I don't like is the speaker wires. You have to carefully split it so the wire doesn't show. Other than that minor thing everything was great and a great value!

the price is right for this setup. the ground wire and the power wire are to big for my amp but i made them fit. better to have to much than not enough so if i upgrade to a larger amp it will be fine.

Rzr2023 200 we added a capacitor to the sound system. We have all this connected to it, and it stays playing music a good three hours stuff we put to it

I run 2 12inch audiobahn exursions on this amp and it pushes them very well. The size is perfect not to big and fits right unerneath the seat or small space. The best part is it stays pretty cool even after running most the day.

Great Small Amplifier!

I have had this amp for a couple of weeks now and I can say this is a great small amp. I switched from a 300.1 to this 800.1. I am running 2 kicker cvr's @ 2 ohms so this amp is giving my subs 300+ for each (600+ total). One problem I had the first week I was using this is it would go into protect mode. The reason it would go into protect mode was the agu fuse I had failed (fuse looked okay but it wasn't) and my amp wasn't getting the 12volts it needed. I switched to a manl fuse and it is all better now. I like kicker subs so I matched it up with this kicker amp!

Good Cap

This is a good cap. The issues I had was the resistor did not light up when charging. To charge this cap, put the resiston up for 10 seconds or so. Once charged, when you go to finish the install the cap should be in the 12 volt range. I bought this to replace a 500k scosche cap. That cap ways way too small and point less being that I have a 2000 watt belva monoblock. This amp work really nice. It goes great with the belve amp. For 40 bucks, you will not be unpleased with the purchase.

Ok. not the best kit.

The eyelet connectors are flimsy and the speaker wire is hard to separate. When it does it exposes some of the copper. Otherwise the kit is ok.

Great CAP for the money

I would highly recommend this CAP and the BOSS 1100 Watt combo. I have it hooked up in my F150 with driving (2) Kicker 12" COMP Subs. The amp combined with the 2 Mf Cap makes these subs rock. The Bass is clear and solid with virtually no distortion. My daughter liked it so much that she asked me to install one in her GMC Serria. I am about to purchase a third to install for a guy at work.
Would I recommend this amp to a friend?....Hell yes without a second thought.

Good product , but not enough speaker wire to wire two front door speakers in a scion xb. I guess it would have been enough if I had run one of them with the power wire instead of running on the other side of car, but everybody knows that's a bad idea due to engine noise. You would think they would take that into consideration. Also not a big fan of the square and round speaker wire very hard to separate and strip without exposing bare wire.

Work Horse!

I was surprised how small this amp was when I received it. It's an absolute workhorse. It's a solid well-built amp. It came with an Amp Dyno Certificate, 867 watts at 1ohm. You get more then the rated power which in my book is a no brainer. Price may be a little high for some, but like I said you get what you pay for.

Bought this kit for my 650 watt rms amp. Not true awg 4 guage, but close.jacket is pretty thick.all wires flexible. Reached under the back seat of my 2008 silverado crew cab. But not a whole lot of slack if your going to a trunk. Fuse is ok... ive seen better and worse. Bottom line, if your on a budget and running 800 rms or under, this will work fine.

Powerful Small Amplifier

This small amp is great. Does not get super hot and powers my 2 12" compvr very well. This has rca auto sense turn on but on high volume, my amp cuts off so I use the remote turn on instead but it is not shown in my picture. (Now I am running 3 12" cvr's and this little thing still.bumps them good. And now at about 0.67 ohms going to the amp, I am probably using its full 800 watts total, about 266 watts per sub. I can do better cause my cvrs can handle about 400 watts rms but with my atock facyory speakers, I don't want the subs to over power the full range apeaker sound.

Great wires!!

After reading reviews and most importantly watching the video Sonic posted with this product, I decided to give it a shot for my Cerwin Vega VPAS-12. The wires are exactly as described, true 4 gauge, not all insulation like the other brands. The fuse block is solid and easy to set up. I was worried it may not fit the VPAS connectors since they mention 8 gauge, but it works and it is holding in no problem.

The only thing I did change was the actual battery and ground terminals, they seemed weak, so i chose something stronger and all is well.

Great budget cap to reduce headlight dimming!

I have had this model of capacitor in my car for about 7 years now, with zero issues. This helped the headlight dimming in my Toyota Corolla alot, though it did not totally eliminate the issue. That's not the capacitor's fault: my system includes two amps (subwoofer and 4-channel for the speakers) with a total RMS output of 900 watts, and I'm still running the stock 80 amp alternator. Even with 0 gauge cable for the "Big Three" upgrade, I'm fully aware that the charging system is being pushed to its limits when I have the sound cranked.
However, this capacitor is an excellent value for the money, reducing my headlight dimming for only $35... alot cheaper than spending $300 or $400 on high output alternator. Again, I've been running my current system for nearly 7 years now and have had zero problems with the capacitor, the car or any of my audio equipment. As a final note, this cap is pretty small in size, so its easy to tuck away somewhere. I stuck mine under the driver's seat, right next to my sub's amp (pic attached).

Believe the hype

So yes I was the typical person with diming lights when the subs would hit in short burst. I was not going to buy a big alternator and another Batt. I got this and installed it and Soo much better. I can still make em dim but the amp is rated for true 1200 RMS watts so I should got a bigger one. I will say this is alot bigger than I thought I would be. The charging method works but takes longer that you think. make sure you have ring terminals and ground wire and a ground spot. Yes the lcd turns on some times randomly and some times its not on while the sub is on.

Used this kit to run an amp to the trunk of a 2015 Kia Optima. Ended up trimming about 1½ft of excess to help clean up the install. Everything seems to be good quality. Ran the power wire down the driver's side and RCA & amp signal wire down the passenger side to avoid any interference. Plenty of length of everything for a full size sedan.
