I recently bought these kickers to replace my front stock speakers. I can truly say they sound really good I couldn't wait to install them myself. I will go back on Sonic Electronics website to purchase the baffling material to enhance the sound even more.

Usable

The wiring has done me right so far but the only thing I don't like is the speaker wires. You have to carefully split it so the wire doesn't show. Other than that minor thing everything was great and a great value!

the price is right for this setup. the ground wire and the power wire are to big for my amp but i made them fit. better to have to much than not enough so if i upgrade to a larger amp it will be fine.

I run 2 12inch audiobahn exursions on this amp and it pushes them very well. The size is perfect not to big and fits right unerneath the seat or small space. The best part is it stays pretty cool even after running most the day.

I like the wire kit I got with my amp it seems to be holding up goo it handles the power of the amp I got but I would of gave it 5 stars all the way around but I wold of like the ground at less 2 more feet for good use but over all its a nice kit

Great Value

My system sounds 10x better than stock now. Although I think these speakers may need a dedicated amp to really rock them out. Nonetheless, I'm happy with my purchase.

Easy install

they were very easy to install on a 91 mustang gt hatchback.

Poor quality

I had ordered a Kicker pk8 amplifier wiring kit and these were part of a package that only Sonic had offered. To put it shortly, one of the jacks was grounding out when I plugged it all the way in the RCA jacks in the headunit. It was causing a lot of doubts in the equipment in my system, but I got down to the root and these were the culprit. I contacted Sonic and they gladly replaced the with a set of StreetWire RCA's that worked just fine when I installed them. Thanks Sonic! But as far as these go, I wouldn't recommend them. Spend a little more and get some better ones.

Decent upgrade from stock speakers

Extremely pleased with these. a Very nice upgrade from stock door speakers. Installed 4 in my Ford Flex to replace the stock Sony speakers and they made a world of difference. !00% recommend for a cheap but quality upgrade. I have had them installed for a little over a year and they get daily use. They still sound as good as day one.

The eyelet connectors are flimsy and the speaker wire is hard to separate. When it does it exposes some of the copper. Otherwise the kit is ok.

Good product , but not enough speaker wire to wire two front door speakers in a scion xb. I guess it would have been enough if I had run one of them with the power wire instead of running on the other side of car, but everybody knows that's a bad idea due to engine noise. You would think they would take that into consideration. Also not a big fan of the square and round speaker wire very hard to separate and strip without exposing bare wire.

You get what you pay for....

Bought this kit for my 650 watt rms amp. Not true awg 4 guage, but close.jacket is pretty thick.all wires flexible. Reached under the back seat of my 2008 silverado crew cab. But not a whole lot of slack if your going to a trunk. Fuse is ok... ive seen better and worse. Bottom line, if your on a budget and running 800 rms or under, this will work fine.

Great wires!!

After reading reviews and most importantly watching the video Sonic posted with this product, I decided to give it a shot for my Cerwin Vega VPAS-12. The wires are exactly as described, true 4 gauge, not all insulation like the other brands. The fuse block is solid and easy to set up. I was worried it may not fit the VPAS connectors since they mention 8 gauge, but it works and it is holding in no problem.

The only thing I did change was the actual battery and ground terminals, they seemed weak, so i chose something stronger and all is well.

Used this kit to run an amp to the trunk of a 2015 Kia Optima. Ended up trimming about 1½ft of excess to help clean up the install. Everything seems to be good quality. I bought this amp as a temporary replacement for one that I paid hundreds of dollars for... the sound quality is just as good and believe it or not this one is louder with the gain only being at maybe 30%. Its now considered my permanent amp until i have a reason to replace it! ive had it for 9months so far no problems.

The only down side it that i hate the type of leads it has to connect power and ground with a passion, they are too small (will fit it 8 gauge) ... but for less than $70 you cant beat it.

Better than expected

I have a friend I’m installing upgrades to stock sound system. He wanted to do it on a tight budget. I chose the autotek amp mainly on good treviews. I was surprised by the sound quality. I used an and dd1 and my meter setting everything up. Using a bunch of stuff laying around in the shop. The amp was putting out 45 watt rms at 4 ohm with no problem. The mb quart mid bass and 6.5 came to life. The sounds are crisp and clear. He has an old jvc head unit that starts to distort at 45 volume. So I adjusted to that. So far he has said he has no need to turn it up that loud. Only question that remains now is how long will it last. Hopefully the quality feel and sound is a good indicator that it will last for years. The amp is large and heavy for its rms output so hopefully that is another sign of quality. Overall he and I are pleased with the purchase.

Great amp for Sub or full range

I have had this lil gem for a month or so... 2 channels powering 4-6x9 three ways & 2 channels bridged powering a lil 8 inch subwoofer... I smoked the 8, it was rated for 300 RMS... I believe the spec sheet now, cuz at 25% gain it was smoked in 45 minutes. The voice coil melted the cone & adhesive... Great amp, I am now gonna put a Skar 8 in the smoked ones place.
