Does what it's supposed to.
Overall the product works exactly as you'd expect it to. Nothing special. Wish it would have come with the amp in the first place.
The one thing I'll mention here because I couldn't find an answer when I bought this: these remotes are specific to Kicker. I replaced my old, broken MTX amp with a Kicker model and wondered if my old remote would work instead of the Kicker branded one. After all, it had the exact same 3.5mm headphone jack design. Long story short, it does not. If you have just purchased a Kicker amp and are wondering whether you can reuse your old remote, don't waste your time, just get this and save yourself the headache. What's more, this is specific to the CX-series, so it's not a "one-size-fits-all" remote for all things Kicker.

It works great. I can control the volume of the subs from the dash. It is easy to disassemble and mount in a popout on the dash if you don't want to put it under with the supplied housing. No complaints, just wish it came with the amp in the first place.

Turn it up!
Nice lil add on,works really well and keeps me from having to make adjustments at the amp when I play different music. Would be nicer if it came with the amp.
