kickers

The following review is for a previous version (10CVT102).

I bought my kickers about 6 months ago, and I love them. When I found these speakers, I needed some that were shallow mount, and these are great. I have a 2008 f150 and my 2 speakers fit under my back seat nicely. The sound is much better then any other sub I have ever bought, I definitely recommend.

great sub

The following review is for a previous version (10CVT102).

This is a great sounding sub. Power handling and quality is very good. I have it under the back seat of a 04 f150 with a 800 watt amp and it rocks.

Great Sub

The following review is for a previous version (10CVT102).

I needed a shallow mount sub for my truck and I was limited to 1 cu. foot of volume.. The box I built is ported, loosely packed with polyfill, and tuned it to 33 Hz. It's hooked up to a Kenwood 500 watt (RMS @ 2 Ohm) amp and this thing will literally make your eyeballs vibrate in your head. It sounds great and is a lot louder than a sealed box. It's great for a single sub setup with limited space.

sounds great

The following review is for a previous version (10CVT102).

I really like this sub space saving and very deep bass after you break it in, sub is very tight at first and dosnt punch well untell a few days of running it but it is excellent now. I bought another but I have to make a box for it looking forward to seeing my mirror fall off the car.

This sub sounds amazing. Sounds a lot better than the two 10s I used to have in the truck. Great sub.

kicker cvt102

The following review is for a previous version (10CVT102).

I bought 2 of these. When I received them, one of the voice coils was messed up. I brought it to a friend and we fixed it. They have been great speakers. I would buy more of them.

Kicker is good

The following review is for a previous version (10CVT102).

Good sub for a space-saving application. Hits harder than I expected and CLEAN! Good buy. SonicElectronix got it here sooner than promised, too.

FILL THE BASS!

The following review is for a previous version (10CVT102).

Just need too say, F-150 2- kicker 10s and 2600watt amp nice tight clean bass in a custom box hits hard as hell. If I had more room I would put 2 more and blow the back window out! Great buy!

Boom! Boom! Boom!

The following review is for a previous version (10CVT102).

I installed this product behind my seat in my 350Z. I used a specialized box. You can hear booms inside and outside the car. The beats are surround sound!!! This sub rocks like 2 twelves!!

DG From Tennessee

The following review is for a previous version (07CVT102).

I hooked into a small sealed custom box in my 03 MR2 after my Treo blew. I have some of that cotton that slows down the sound waves too. This makes it so much louder than it was. Anyways, the sub has great sound for small enclosures. I think it may be the best sub I have ever owned, defiantly worth every penny. I was not a firm believer until I heard it. All types of music sound great too.

Top Notch Sub.

The following review is for a previous version (07CVT102).

I tested it in the minimum sized box per manufacturers recommendation, and it worked great. I bought this low-profile sub so I could put it under the back seat in my truck, so I had to build an even smaller then recommended sized box, so I could stuff it under my back seat, out of sight, out of mind, and it sounded equal, if not better, since it was tight against the floor, and actually used the floor as the backside of the box. This sub is uncompromising and faultless. I have it, and all my speakers piped through a Infinity Reference 5350A Amp. Of course my ears don't bleed and I don't rock the traffic jam or hood with my beats, but my cab rocks to the best, and loudest I think a person could handle without needing earplugs.

Excellent sub!

The following review is for a previous version (07CVT102).

Very good sound for the size.

Comes with a very high quality recession plate giving the sub 3/4" more rear clearance. Making tight installs so much easier.

This Sub ROCKS

The following review is for a previous version (07CVT102).

i bought this sub and put it in a small box to fit a crew cab ford truck. All i can say is that it is LOUD. my frends comment that they have heard trucks with dual 12" subs that do not kick as hard as mine. I have it hooked up to a 1000W kenwood mono anp.
Rocks!! would reccomend to all

Good sub

The following review is for a previous version (07CVT102).

i installed this sub last week and it sounds awesome, i could only imagine what 2 would sound like. i would definitely recommend this sub to anybody who wants some good, clear bass. and its good for all types of music. also, with the shallow install, it fits just about anywhere (which was perfect for me)
i cant really say much about the durability because i have not owned it that long, but i cant imagine having any problems with it in the near future

Nice Speaker!

The following review is for a previous version (10CVT102).

I have a 10" Audiobahn that barely fits in a custom box for a 2012 Silverado Supercrew, this Kicker was an addition, sealed second box for under rear seat. I feel it plays tighter, which sounds better to me then my Audiobahn. But they compliment each other nicely. I would definetly recommend this low profile Kicker. And two 10" feel the cabin much better then a single!

The following review is for a previous version (10CVT102).

I purchased the cvt 10 for my f150 supercrew cab. I am using a memphis 500d, the one sub sounds amazing. great power handling, good rich sound. Listen to mostly alternative music, i would recommend it.
