Great Quality Highs

The following review is for 11KS46, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

Sound great with or without amp. Good hghs, and great frequency response. Highly recommended. Must have with any Kicker system. Still going strong after one year.

Quality Sound at an Affordable Price

The following review is for 11KS46, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

I used these to replace the OEM speakers originally in the vehicle.

The installation can be as simple as remove and replace - or you can trick things out a bit. But either way, these co-axials offer quality sound at an affodable price ... and have a frame design lending them to many different applications.

If the selection guide shows them for your vehicle, you can be confident they will fit.

Okay Speaker

The following review is for 11KS46, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

Pros: Great sound, decent volume with little power, and the speaker does a great job of handling the lows and is awesome with the highs.

Cons: You have to be very careful when breaking them in. I ran them at approximately 1/4 volume for two weeks, 1/2 for a week, then up to full for a minute or so at a time for 2 weeks. After all of this when I would turn them up to about 3/4 volume for a period of even one song, they would put off a very noticeable smell. Now, after about 4 months, they have finally stopped doing it. The surround also seems very fragile. Besides that they have a great Kicker build quality. In my opinion they are built better, they are cheaper, and I think they sound just as good and are just as loud as the KS components for a fraction of the cost.

All in all, I would most likely not buy these speakers again for a higher end build. For a budget build they would be just fine. If you must have a 4x6 like I had to they are a higher quality option. The build that these consisted of included a set of 6-1/2" KS series components on a 2 channel 200 watt Kicker amp, these speakers, a JVC head, and 2 kicker cvr 12's in a ported box. We have now upqgraded to QS components and they are very durable and blow these and the KS components both out of the water. IF you can, put out the money and get the QS.

Good Value

The following review is for 11KS46, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

I put these speakers in my 2005 Silverado ext. cab, they are not an exact fit the speaker opening either needs to be enlarged or you can use the spacer then you just have to drill the holes to mount them.

The speakers themselves are great, the tweeters sound good and the woofers hit pretty good for the cost and what they are. great value and sound quality for the price.

The following review is for 11KS46, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

I replaced the ds series speakers with these and they are so much better! The ds series i had sounded hollow and weak, but these sound just right!
