SSMB8's pack alot of midbass in a small package
These are very shallow mount and require no enclosure, so install is a breeze. The have great midbass and sound great w/ my ss65.2's.

A little iffy!
I've been through three pairs of these. They seem to be particular about everything, crossover point, power handling, slightly uneven mounting pressure. When they work, they work and sound great, but there's been a lot of downtime. If I didn't already have 8" holes, I would have swapped these out a long time ago. Also, the grills pop off REALLY easily.
