Perfect compliment to SS speakers
I had this amp pushing a 5.25 SS component set by kicker for a good year. While loudness is somewhat of an issue, clarity is definitely not. After some brainstorming i decided too hook up a set of tweeters in parallel with my component set and so now i have this amp pushing ~2 ohms per channel and the highs are crisp! Low volume noise from the amp seems a bit more prevalent than other amps I have experienced. This problem goes away by simply turning up the audio. Most notably there are more settings than you can possibly wrap your mind around, but these are great for any car audio nut.
