Very small battery, would not recommend under the hood, unless you really have space issues although it does have plenty of power to be a starting battery if need be. It does its job well and reduces headlight dimming significantly if used as a secondary battery with an isolator.

I bought 2 kinetik batteries to help maintain a constant 14.4v and I didnt want to have rows of big batteries when I only have 3 amps. These work well and I can see my amps arent begging for more power, and they are easily hidden
