There is a huge difference between the oval and the regular round ones that most companies give with their earbuds. The Oval offers so much more isolation, and it is much more comfortable over extended usage as well.

Perfect replacements
I would recommend these to anyone who needs replacement ear bud tips for their klipsch s4 earbuds. They are exactly the same as the ones that originally came with the earbuds. It is always good to have spares. If you are unsure of the size you need there is a faint indicator on the original tips so you know what size to buy when ordering the replacements. I only say this because I didn't notice the size indicator at first so was unsure what size replacements to order but luckily I saw the size before I ordered so I got exactly what I needed.
