Why would you not purchase this?

This is the best extended warranty option you can get. Dealing with Sonic Electronix instead of the manufacture is a plus in my eyes. For the cost, it's a no brainer purchase. Worth way more than it's cost.

You would have to be lost in space not to buy a square trade warranty on everything you buy. I've had to replace multiple subs and amps no problem ever with S.T.

I usually do not buy extended warranties. However, considering that door speakers are somewhat exposed to the elements, even with speaker baffles, it seemed like a good deal for some peace of mind.
