No complaints

We received the microwave in great delivery time and it was in a condition as if it just rolled out of the warehouse. I read multiple reviews on plenty of sites and found the best price here. I saw complaints of the noise levels and having to press the buttons with a little more pressure than other microwaves. Glad I took the gamble despite those few reviews. Realistically, the fan/exhaust has a motor pushing it and will make some noise. I don't plan to try and sleep with it on. Even if I did, it has a setting to turn off automatically. The buttons don't require any more effort than the average flat-paneled device. Me (36), my wife (32), and our kids (6/11) use it with no issues. It's only been six months and anything can happen being that its an electronic device, but so far so good. The only problem we had was a scuff on the back-interior wall due to my wife scratching it with her ring while cleaning. I feel it shouldn't be that prone to damage, but who knows if I got the full story. If it looks like it will place right in your kitchen, but you need the final push to buy based on performance, here it goes.

Very Nice Appliance

I am very pleased with my choice of this appliance. It is very quiet and good looking. There are many cooking options that I don't even use and the over-sized turntable allows for extra cooking surface. I also like the heavy-duty removeable rack for heating additional items at the same time. There is nothing negative to say about this unit. It took a little getting used to the added pressure needed to activate the buttons but I can live with that.
