this amp bangs

i have this amp on 2 power acoustik p3 12's in a 4.20 cu/ft groundshaker box..it pushes harder then my old power acoustik bamf 2000d and 5500d!!i know its not cea rated,but neither is sundown(best amps)my gain is set properly,and bass is on 0.makes my doors,and roof flex. pulled up to work knockin n they came outside before i hit the corner.if u only need 1400-1600 rms get this amp.it does run hot tho,so far no shut offs..even after 3 straight hrs of knockin.even so,i say this is a true 4 and 2 ohm amp.i dont think i'd take it to 1 unless i had better cooling .amp is power hungry so i recommend 2nd battery and 0 gauge,or big 3.dont let a high dollar snob pull u away from this baby.. its a baby opti

Think twice

I do not recommend this amp to anyone for any type of set up, simply because the 4000w 2 channel says it 1000watts at 4 ohms. That is a croc, since it cant even power two 10 inch pioneers 500 watt max and 300rms each that well. Then the amp went on me after about 8 months of barely even using it.

cant wait

Had a 2200 watt class ab that pushed two 15 inch subs great.... but fried, do not parellel bridge! i should have read owners manual. Cant wait to buy, should be perfect for my rockford 15 p3 and eclipse.

I purchased this item six months ago for my boyfriend as a christmas gift. He loves this amp.Its a really good buy for yourself and whoever, and I personally don't like this kind of stuff but it beats hard in the car and it sounds good and smooth

Great Buy

This is a great amp, for best results from this amp you should use 0 gauge wire and do the big 3 upgrade to your car. Do not connect a capacitor to this amp. I am currently pushing a 18" RE Audio SX D2 have it wired down to 1 ohm. Very Loud & Sounds Great!

review for amp

This is a very good amp for the price. I have it hooked up too a 4000 watt sub and i can make the sub smoke like nothing. I have broken 2 professional sub boxes with these amp powering my sub. The led backlit logo looks very good at night and the remote works seemlessly with it.

worth buying

This is a good all around amp. I used it to push 2 15's then 4 15's wired it 2 ohm 4 ohm then 1 ohm worked fine didnt get hot didnt clip. Not a big fan of bass control knobs but this one works well it is usable through the entire knob turn, doesnt fade. maybe a little overrated on power if your used to old school ratings but does what it should. Well worth the money for lots of applications.
