It’s listed as (cca) which is copper clad aluminum wire and is cheap and doesn’t hold up good to high wattage. Aluminum isn’t the best audio wire, but it is copper clad and electric signals travel on the outside of the wire and that’s where a multi strand wire would come in handy. I think it’s a judgment call, but I wouldn’t buy it.

Decent speaker wire.

Speaker wire is good. It works as speaker wire should.
My only grief with the wire is the thickness of the insulation. It's really thick, and in my opinion, too thick.
I have a very high quality wire stripping tool, but the thickness of the insulation made it next to impossible to center the speaker wire and my stripping tool always cut a bunch of strands of the wire. Not a real big deal in the grand scheme of things, though.

These are solid sounding subs at a great price for the performance. Cant go wrong with jbl.

Awesome subs

My friend has two of these in his GMC Sonoma. As far as RMS goes, we're over powering these things at 125watts. They work great, sound great and are loud enough to be heard a good distance away. Definitely not ground pounders but totally worth the money.

Great product

On a budget

Very very pleased with them. This jbl 10 good for somebody who on a budget sounds great but doesn't hold a lot of wattage. I have a small 300 rms Fli audio amp on them and they beat good but not loud

truck subs

i bought the JBL1014 because i was limited on space in the cab of the truck. Two 10s work perfect under the back seat...noting build your enclosure to fit. i did not loose in sound quality that 12 or 15 in subs produce

great clean sound

this is a great speaker and works just as is says. this speaker isnt designed for low low but the frequencies is does reproduce are perfect. i listen to rock metal and country and this is the only sub ive heard where you can distiguish each drum on a drumset as it hits. incredibly precise and accurate. i had kickers before these and they were great for low heavy bass and rap but not so much for real music that have acoustic instruments. highly recommended if you like all kinds of music. could be used to bring out the higher bass notes if coupled with some 15s. that would be awesome.

Good basic sub

Overall very pleased with this sub. I'm using a single 10 in a sealed box and it has a pretty hard punch and overall good bass. The lower lows roll off somewhat but still sound good, shaking my rear view mirror and the Pepsi can in the cup holder. It's a 10 and it sounds like a 10. My amp is 250w rms 500w max. The only thing it needs is push terminals but it is an entry level sub. Great for a budget build.

Great looks, awesome performance

The sub looks clean and professional, unlike many of the "flashy" subs in this price range. I have it hooked up to a 300W RMS amp and it plays plenty loud for my needs (adding some nice bass to my music, not setting off car alarms).

Great Value!

Great sub for the price. Still runs after six months with MB Quart 400.1 amp. It doesn't produce bone rattling bass but fills the low end that door speakers lack. I am using it in .75 cu ft box and it sounds nice.

Pretty colors. NO issues with this wire but how bout a kit with the nice bullet ends so they can go into the AMPS real perty like and I don't have to hunt and peck for them and/or some colored heat shrink wrap so you know which one is + or - easier.

A good little 10 at a decent price.

I bought one of these & put it in a sealed back box, paired up with a Dual 400 watt amp. I put it in my girlfriend's grand am. Works great for her. Dumps hard enough for a single 10. No distortion, no clipping.

The Perfect Fit!

Great fit and plenty sound

I've got a 2006 GMC 2500HD Crewcab with the Duramax. Together with a pair of JL Audio 10W3's it a unused piece of space into a great place to hide a pair of subwoofers. The box fits perfectly under the rear seat with no issues.

I do recommend this product. Fittment and quality of the box was great. I installed two 10” JL Audio W0’s and was very pleased. Sounded better than the two shallow depth 12s I had.
Only con I have about the box is that came a little damage on the back corner the box where it “stands”. I didn’t mind because there was no damage to the actual enclosure itself. I can always put new slim screws.
