It’s listed as (cca) which is copper clad aluminum wire and is cheap and doesn’t hold up good to high wattage. Aluminum isn’t the best audio wire, but it is copper clad and electric signals travel on the outside of the wire and that’s where a multi strand wire would come in handy. I think it’s a judgment call, but I wouldn’t buy it.

Decent speaker wire.

Speaker wire is good. It works as speaker wire should.
My only grief with the wire is the thickness of the insulation. It's really thick, and in my opinion, too thick.
I have a very high quality wire stripping tool, but the thickness of the insulation made it next to impossible to center the speaker wire and my stripping tool always cut a bunch of strands of the wire. Not a real big deal in the grand scheme of things, though.

I would recommend this product because it gives great protection from the elements and makes a nice enclosure for the speaker.

I would recommend this box if you can find the perfect speakers for them. The box only has half the air space that the speakers I got need and I had to sand a great deal of wood down to get them to fit. I researched other speakers and most of them are not ideal for this set up, not even enough air space for shallow mounts. But I did get my speakers to fit and they do sound good of you like the hard rock bass. Can't pick up the low bass. But for the money and the professional look of the box is worth it to me. You just need some sanding tools and know how to get it right. Oh and the speaker terminals are not good. They leak so I sealed em with glue and cut holes for the wires and sealed them too.

Pretty colors. NO issues with this wire but how bout a kit with the nice bullet ends so they can go into the AMPS real perty like and I don't have to hunt and peck for them and/or some colored heat shrink wrap so you know which one is + or - easier.

Great box for the size restrictions of the 4th gen Ram 1500, (without removing the back seats)

I really like this box, would love it more if it had another cubic foot of space and was ported, with that said, this box dox offer pretty decent lows. I had two Kicker RT 12s in this box, they hit “ok” but I wanted more of a punch, more low end hits.
So I researched shallow mount subs, after that, I bought two DD (Digital Design) SL-600 2 ohm 12s. I ran the two subs in series/parallel (final impedance is 2ohm) Now my truck really thumps.
So yea, Im very pleased with the box, would love it more if it had a cubic foot more, and ported, but it is what it is.

Fits perfectly in 4th gen rams (quad cap)
Hits really low frequencies
Easy to set up. (You wire up everything with this box, only the terminals are drilled and installed)

Cons
One more foot of cubic air space would be perfect for sound
Not ported
I recommend the customer pick up the box from retailer, shipping will most certainly damage your box.

The box has very low air space, so make you find a sub that supports that. I did not and it dosnt sound very good.

The box dos look good and fits great. Mine did come with with a damaged corner. The box it came in was fine which tells me it left the factory this way.

Love this speak I have 1 single 15 powered by a 2500 watt earthquake class d and it absolutely bangs can't go wrong with this subwoofer it has clean sound and can take power well

Awesome Product of Kicker Again!

Ive always bought kicker products and once again im impressed. I had to kicker 2011 comps i sold them and bought one of these. This thing holds up the 2 i had , and it peaking out at 600 watts rms ,my kicker zx500.1 powered it flawlessly! It has amazing sound quality and goes good with my kicker ds 5 1/4 door speakers! On the other hand sonics shipping sucks ,had a lot of problems with the order going through but was pleased once it got here! I recommend this to beginners and experienced listners!

Clean hitters

Had 2 of these and wow was I impressed. The cone and surround lead you to believe that they won't have that low hitting ability, but nevermind that. with proper enclosure and wattage, these things slam. I recommend these to anyone!

This is great speaker wire for the price. Has a nice protective jacket and very flexible. I usually stick to OFC wires but for lower wattage speakers and line output converters this is perfect!
