Tacoma Speaker Swap

I installed these speakers in my tacoma and they seem to be very good speakers and seem to be made very durable. They sound very good and tweeters are extremely loud.Would recommend these to any one wanting to upgrade the sound quality.

Entry Level Magic!

I bought 2 pair of these as a gift for my girlfriends son's Mazda 3. I have owned higher series MB Quart products before so I knew I wasn't getting "flea market" junk with these even though the price is so low for components. Over the life of the last 4 vehicles I have owned, I have had Infinity Kappa Perfect 6.1's, JBL GTi MKII's, Memphis MClass 6.5" components and some. I'd be down right crazy to act like these Onyx series could compare, but in context of what they are (entry level components) these MB Quarts are PHENOMENAL! If you want a budget friendly upgrade to useless factory speakers... I'm not sure there's anything better out there at this price... Seriously!

Only possible downside is that there's no tweeter attenuation jumpers or controls in the crossovers... But honestly, they don't need it. These things blend very smoothly with their mid-woofers.

Very Good Entry Level Components

i recently installed a set of MB Quart OSC216 in my girl friend's 2004 Pontiac Vibe. It sounds great! Sharp highs and easy to power.

good highs

Good high notes but could use better bass. The factory speakers had better bass. But that is what a sub is for.

Looks and sounds great!

Definitely sounds better than the stock speakers in my Audi. Quality seems pretty good for the price.
