I bougnt these to replace a pair of 5 1/4 plate made from 10 ywear-old discus seperates that buzzed at one specificate frequency. Wow. the sound is terrific. I have Alpine Imprint, and afteer "tuning", they sound great. A touch bright before tuning. In 2000 Explorer front ,I am ready to buy another pair for the back doors and set up as coaxial.
