Won’t last long on a Harley

Purchased this for my Harley which is not equipped with a fairing or stereo system.
XUBT3 is mounted to a hard saddlebag and connected to an NVX VADM4 amp. Since my bike is an 03, it’s not an M8 engine with the counter balance, which lessens vibration. My XUBT3 has lasted about 1 year and now increases volume on its own, shuts off, on its own and sometimes will not even power up.
My guess, it cannot handle vibration and it’s solder points must be failing.
As for me, I don’t think I’d recommend this for anyone with an HD motorcycle.

As clean as a cord long range

Installed in Artic Cat sounds great links fast and has long range just wish it was a little smaller on back side bigger and cheaper than Wet Sounds but I can't tell any difference in sound quality or ease of use.

Perfect for my need

This controller was very easy to install and works great. I needed something small and weather proof. This was mounted on a small space on the dashboard of a golf cart. The hole required is only 1" diameter and the full width about 1-3/4". I think it will be durable as it looks like quality powder coat. I prefer this knob unit to the dial on the control of NVX XUBT4, not only for the smaller size, but to the probable durability as compared to the plastic pressure buttons.

Blue tooth has excellent range and very clear sound.

Works great!

Item works as described and has held up to rain and washing with a garden hose; both of which were issues for a couple higher priced/supposed "better" brand units I had prior to this one. Only thing I wish were slightly different would be for the track skip vs volume timing; I tend to skip tracks when trying to make a slight volume adjustment. Not a big issue, just something to get used to.

Works as advertised.

Ok device for simple operation. Unfortunately the stereo separation is not that great for the connections,& Bluetooth. I ended up recycling my head unit in place of xubt3. Live, & learn.

works well with using my phone/tablet as the head unit and this as the volume controller. This unit fits perfectly in the location of where the stock cigarette lighter was.

Good value

Simple product, easy install, and fast shipping! I'd recommend it especially for motorcycle or powersports!

Works ok, but NO MIC!!!

Beware - this unit streams music only. There is no mic so you cant make phone calls with it. Parts of the manual does not match the actual product. Its frustrating. Other than that, seems like it works ok.

I highly recommend this product, especially for clean mids and highs...

PROS... the unit delivers clean sound and no type of engine noise, so far reliable.

CONS... the only con if it matters is the size of the unit. Pretty big amp for the purpose of mids and highs.

MB Quart ZA2-1000.4 (ZA21000.4)

I am using these amps to power my front and rear speakers in my 2004.5 Dodge Ram 3500 Quad Cab. I have them running in a 2 Channel configuration and split for the right and left sides. These amps rock out with the best of them! The sound is clear and bright. I ran these briefly without my crossover and having the LPF/HPF was very nice. No worries about my components getting the wrong signals! The only issue I have is that these amps do generate a lot of heat and get very warm very quickly. Other then that, I would highly recommend these amps.

I'm still playing with this amp but it sounds good pushing 4 Alpine type R coaxial speakers with a 125rms there is a lot of ability one the amp it self for controlling the sound production. This is not my first MB amp but it keeps with the bar the products have keep for it's self.

Good Amp for the highs

After adjusting the settings I was pleased at the subs quality the amp produce. I recommend this amp for those who are looking for a budget amp that produces good sounds.

So far so good!

Setup with 4 Pioneer’s speaker and Kenwood Excelon din cd player. Free Belva Amp Kit BAK44 is a big plus. Couldn’t be more happier. Solid performance, musically good. Need to pay more attention on amp setting to optimize sound quality. Overall it is a very satisfying product.

Sounds great in 2014 Toyota Tundra Crewmax running 2 sets of pioneer TS-A1606C components.

Have this amp running 2 sets of Pioneer TS-A1606C components for the past 3 weeks. Sounds amazing. Speakers will handle 300W and this will push 125W per channel at 4ohms. Running amp off EQ. to clean up the stock radio signal on a 2014 Toyota Tundra Crewmax. Can't believe how well this amp pushes the pioneers at this price range. I was shooting for SQ and I am not disappointed.

I have this amp pushing a pair of Polk 6.5 MM1 Components and a pair of Kicker KSS670 Components. They sound amazing. Crystal clear highs and surprisingly strong bass. I do not use a separate sub woofer as the components reproduce as low as 35Hz - low enough to feel it.

Great product

I bought this to power my 4 6X9 speakers and it works great. Instructions are straight forward, easy to use. I’ve never installed an amp in my car before and this was a breeze.

I have this amp running four 8" Rockville tower speakers and sounds great! Would definitely buy again. Amp is pretty big in size so make sure you have room to mount it first
