MB Quart More Than Holds It's Own!
So when building my system do I go 2 - 2 Channel Amplifiers, or 1 - 4 Channel to run front and rear speakers and Sub amp?? And had to be a budget build for about $1000. I wanted big bass and clean sounding components for front and rears. So over a few months waiting for the best deals I ended up with the following. After watching Ryan's Blankenship's Budget Gem or Bust putting up the Precision Power 7000.1 on the Dyno and his review I picked 1 up. Powering 2 12" Rockford Fosgate P3D4's in a Rockford Fosgate enclosure started my project. MB Quart has always had solid clean Amps and picked up this MB Quart pushing a clean 50 watts at all 4's. Picked up 2 sets of CT Sounds 6.5" Meso Series components for front and rear. I picked up a set when Coleman was doing a lot of ads on Facebook for about $100. Caught another set on sale through an email ad they had for about $120. Added a set of CT Sounds Meso 25mm Flush Mount Silk Dome Tweeters for the A pillars for $40 and a set of Hertz DCX 87.3
Dieci Series 3-1/2" 2-way car speakers for in the D pillar for $80. All in aYukon XL. All said and done for around $1000. 2 years later everything is still sounding freaking amazing. MB Quart keeps up and sounds clean and clear and would highly recommend their amplifiers.
