Well made
Put 2 of these in a slim box in an 05 Ram 1500 standard cab powered by an Alpine PDX-V9 and they sound great. I almost always look at reviews first but at the time there were none for this specific model, and still aren't. Sonic got them to me fast! Build quality was very nice. Stamped steel baskets and heavy duty connecting posts made wiring a snap.
Something worth noting on this specific model is that the cutout is a little oversized so for a pre-made box you might have to trim a little for fitment.
I have used MTX drivers,mids, and subs many times over the last 20 years and have never been disappointed. This is no exception to that. They do not hit the really low frequencies but I suspect that is more of a box fail than a speaker issue. It is a slim mount after all too.
If I had it to buy again would I buy the same ones? Yes, I would.

The sub itself was in perfect condition. I can't say that it would be the same case for all but this one was perfect.
