pounding!!!!!

i recently orderd these about 2 weeks ago now. all ican say is WOW. i have a 1990 chevy beretta z-26 so the seats fold down. And these subwoofers are a perfect match. they are hooked up to a audiobahn a8002t. so the amp is actually too big but just turn the gain down. these things pound. my buddy thought i had like 2 15'S but i only got MTX THUNDER 5500. GREAT BUY . if u want darn good subs for little cash get these u will not be dissapointed.

wow

I heard one of these in a ported MTX box..and wow i was impressed. I'd highly recommend these. Spend the extra money over the 4500s. This one sub shook the car a great amount. I was impressed by the bass it put out. It was very smooth.

Great Subs!

I have these in my 00' civic. They are extremely loud. They are hooked up to the MTX TA5601 amp and they are clear and very loud. These are amazing subs made by the best manufacturer in the business. I highly recommend these subs anyday.

AMAZING SUBS !!!!!!

MTX is one of the best manufacturers for subs !! I got 2 of these 12" subs in a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee in a thunder box ported box running off only a 1000 Watt GPV Crunch Amp that puts out only 250 watts RMS and this is too loud! i had it for not even a full week and i got cussed at and yelled at 6 times for having it up to loud and shaking peoples houses going down residential streets!! if they are complaining now wait until i get a stronger AMP !!!! Product is unbelievable these subs hit harder then my brothers JL Audio subs!

AWESOME SUB!!!

First off this sub is amazing. I bought it to put in my 94 regular cab Silverado. The ONLY bad thing is that its a bit bulky. Im right at 6' tall and i had to move my seat up a few notches, but im still comfortable. Anyways the power is pretty amazing. At my school we had a car and sound competition and most of the people had multiple subs. I only have this one and scored 4th place with 135 decibles. When i have it loud people look around like what is that? Great sub all around!

This sub is freakin mean my cuzin has 1 in his silverado and this puppy slams,this is another good product from MTX,5 stars

these subs are incredible. i put them into my '97 ford escort running off an amp that only puts out 75w to each sub and they still push harder than a lot of higher RMS subs I've seen. if you run them to capacity (300w RMS) on a 600w amp they'll blow your eardrums. probably the most gratifying purchase you'll ever make

Simply amazing

This sub will blow your mind.. I had 2 of these in an Eclipse hatchback runnin on an MTX 3202 amp.. That's only 50 watts RMS a piece.. and they rattled the moon roof out.. It was insane.. I love MTX and I plan on stickin' with em for as long as I'm in car audio.

Mtx bass master

I have this hooked up to my one of my mono block amps and sub is in a vented box and i pounds my car alot. It hits very hard but still clean and ISN'T distorted at all, sounds great and I would definitely suggest buying this one. Its deff worth the money!!!!!!!!

Wow, that is all that I can say. I ordered this on the 9th and it is insane. I didn't even break it in and this sub has out performed all of my expectations! Even with being underpowered (150 watts RMS).

Alright

If you want to hit really hard I would not recommend these. They are very good subs but they only hit medium. If you want people to hear you coming these aren't the subs for you. I mean when you pull up to a stop light people are going to be looking at you but they aren't crazy. I have them in my 2006 chevy silverado ext cab with a soundstorm amp and it is a good set up not going to lie, but it doesn't hit like i want them too. They look awesome and hit okay , so if you are looking for a sub that is medium sound then this is for you.

Impressive

Alright so my first system I got a 12" Kicker L7 in a ported Kicker box powered by a Kicker ZX750.1 amp. I wanted more bass so I bought 2 of these put them In a MTX ported box powered by my Kicker ZX750.1 amp and they hit so hard! I love them!

i have 2 of these in a ported box.... killing the block! the thing i like the most about these speakers is if you are not looking at my car because of how good it looks then you are looking trying to figure out who that is that is making you roll up your windows cause its to loud!!!!

Great Performance

I have two of these in a mtx vented box hooked up to a RFL600D amp through a Rockford Fosgate 1 farad capacitor. It is the loudest low wattage setup I have ever heard. I was very glad with my purchase.

MONSTER SUBS!

I got two of these in my Chrysler 300 and got a powerbass 800.2 pushing them. They sound great and hit really really hard. I was kinda iffy about getting them because I really liked them because of how they looked but they aren't just pretty trust me. If you want to get these look into my amp sub combo its perfect and the amp on Sonicelectronix is really cheap and high quality.

Excellent

These sub woofers are very powerful when hooked up to the right amp. I have one in my Infinti J30 and it sounds amazing. I would definitely recommend these if you are not trying to spend a lot money but you want a lot of bass.

Loud Low Bass

I have 2 of these in my 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 powered by a Kicker 600.1 and these things make my ears hurt just on the drive to school. For the price these are the best subs out there. Anyone looking for cheap subs but still want quality here is what you are looking for.

GREATT!!!

Honestly these subs are great i got two in a sledgehammer box and ill tell you even for the cost they are worth it!! In that box they blew my mind! The lows didn't hit quite as good as they should have but the mids and highs were clean and had given new light to the reputation of MTX definitely a great buy.
