good product

Really stops the rattling that comes from having the punch from the kiker speakers i have installed in the doors of my car.

Easy to use and apply

I used this product in my rear component speakers (Alpines) for the mid-range woofers in the doors to shield against vibration and they do a good job and the speakers sound great for it!

These came in a package deal from Sonic
with JBL GTO series speakers one of the decisions why I bought the GTO speakers, easy to use. Currently installing the sound system but having used similar products before these will make a good speaker sound better.

I bought this in a combo package that Sonic put together with a set of hifonics components, the zxi65c. i liked it, i havent heard any rattling from my speakers. works well, i recommend it.

Sounds Great!

I installed the Dead Shield Sound Dampening Material under all 4 of the speakers I replaced in my truck and the stereo system sounds great, better than I expected.

I knew going in that I wouldn't be disappointed and I was right. These little suckers pump!! I put them on my BMW K1600 GTL and they are louder and clearer than the stock speakers. Having owned a MTX Blue Thunder bandpass enclosure, a 10" Black Gold sealed enclosure and currently using a dual 10" 100 watt Thunderform box in my 1998 Dodge Dakota, I know the benefits of MTX products. Big or small, their products rock!!

Before you buy, know this

This speaker has an awesome sound, but of course it does, 4 ohms. It looks very appealing, and has an easy installation. BUT if you plan on running more than 15 RMS to it, I'd be careful. Even after being broke in, this speaker seems to blow very easily. I'd recommend this, IF you don't listen to loud music. If you want a decent system to show off, and are looking for a replacement dash speaker, I WOULDN'T recommend this speaker. It cannot take the abuse, even when you run next-to-nothing power to it.

Ordered these a week ago got them right on time and got them for a really good deal they sound great with out an amp and just hooked them up to one and now there amazing as I expected from MTX I highly recomend these to any who want a loud and clear 4 inch speaker
