good for the money

I am happy with these. I run 80 watts RMS to each one from my 5 channel soundstream no distortion as loud as I can stand it and for under 40 bucks.

Excellent Price for Performance

MTX always focuses on sound quality and a robust delivery. I have these speakers in my A4 powered by an external amp at 70 watts per channel and they take it like a champ. Amazing mids and highs with little to no distortion.

great speakers

i have owned just about every brand and mtx has always stood out. these provide good clean crisp highs and mids 5 1/4 speakers arent meant for low bass but they have a small amount of tight bass. can handle exactly the wattage they claim with no distortion what so ever. would purchase again highly recommend for a 2 way low budget speaker.

front door replacement

I installed these in the front door of my Corolla and the sound way better than my old speakers. I have them hooked up to an MTX TA3404 Amp and the highs are super crisp and they sound great. They are absolutely worth the money. An excellent entry level speaker. The only issue I had is that they hit my window when it was rolled down, so I made a space and problem solved!
