NICE!

I bought this amplifier from Sonic's closeout section as a refurbished model. The birthsheet was sent to me along with the amp and it tapped out at over 1300 watts max. This amp has yet to fail me, the cooling fan works and the amp has ALWAYS done what I have expected it to. High quality

good

The amp worked good and never heated up. It has that power you need at a good price. What I had before never hit as hard as this amp.

Decent Amp for that just right bass

This amp worked great for my shallow mount kenwood excelon that i had in my single cab S10. went and bought a impala got a kicker L3 hooked it up and the amp fried it right away. went and got a new L3 turned the gain all the way down let it break in for about a day. then i started to turn the gain up very slowly for a couple days. Fan has never worked on it but still puts out that bad ass deep bass. over heats every once in awhile but comes back on in a couple mins. A couple miner adjustments now it beats like hell. MTX makes a damn good amp. just wish the fan would turn on so it will stop over heating.

Ehhhh

I bought this amp a lil over a year ago and it now goes in and out. Sucks cause it just passed the one year mark. so I would have to say while in the ONE year it worked it kicked pretty well... now im off to find another amp to replace this one...

good product from what i heard, but i got a lemon

My friend has this amp with 2 MTX woofers, I liked the quality of his setup since he beats on it real hard and the amp never over heats.

I proceeded to purchase the same amp for 2 Kenwood 10 inches, which a helpful Sonix specialist recommended

When I had it all hooked up, I noticed a smell coming from the system, but could not pinpoint it, I was told its the woofers glue melting and breaking itself in, which is normal.

An hour later after turning the car off I went to turn the car back on and drive off, a cloud of smoke came out of the fan and it shut down, I checked the wiring and it was perfect, I let the amp cool for 4 hours, but now when I turn the amp on it stays in protection mode.

The fan also never kicked in when the amp got hot, only after the incident the fan kicks in...

It was a nice amp, but I guess I got a lemon :( il have to send it back for an exchange

carp

Don't wast your money on this amp mine caught on fire. Never had it turned up, was just driving down the road and I heard somthing pop and then smoke and my subs started to buzz and it blew my subs. Sonic helped me in getting it fixed but I still don't want to hook it up to anything.

Great Amp!

Compared to every other store I have ever bought from getting this amp was perfect fit for me. Pushing 1 10" Type R in sealed box all from Sonic Electronix. 600 RMS matches my Alpine perfect for that heavy punch. Just one is enough for my entire block to hear. The fans on the inside of the amp help cool it very nicely and almost never runs hot.
