great subs

I own 4 of these bad boys and man they hit hard!!! I installed them on my 2002 grand marquis wired to a MB Quart ONX1.1000D and my rear view mirror keeps falling off, ha!! 9.3 cf ported box.

I have these in my 2011 reg cab ram in a dual box with 1.25 c/ft each. I have a RE 1000.1 amp so they're wired at 4 ohms at about 150 watts each so I know they aren't getting what they can but they still sound pretty darn good. Not very loud and im sure you are not gonna be waking neighbors even with the recommended watts but I can tell you I had kicker comps, kenwoods and pioneers and they sound better than all of them combined. Very unique and very tight bass. So buy it if you care about quality not loudness and if you're on a budget on both money and space =) OH one of them started making a noise so I had to replace it but the box was in bad shape so I blame it on ups.

Great Sub

I have 2 of these in a downfire box a 01 Silverado ext cab and they sound as good as any sub I have had and they are very clean if you are in to sound quality as I am and I have had 2 different amps on them they seem to sound best with around 400rms highly recommend

I would recommend these subs to anyone who is looking for an affordable way to make your vehicle pound. It sounds good and looks good too.

I just purchased two of these and have a Terminator series amp pushing them and they sound AMAZING. True breathtaking bass. One of the best subs I have ever heard.

Awesome SUBS!!!

If your looking for Hard HITTING subs & your on a budget look no FURTHER!!! These are IT!!! I'm very satisfied with the way these subs bump, and the clarity that they have is of what you would expect from a more costly sub. MTX done a exceptional job with these subs, and like I said for your buck you can't go wrong!! I purchased some more expsenive Rockford Fosgates before I bought these, and these beat those HANDS DOWN!!! I would DEFINITELY buy these MTXs again, and of course from SONIC ELECTRONIX!!!

MTX AUDIO TR4512-44 Scorpion

Came across this Sub by chance, gave it a change. The sound quality with rock surprized me, hitting all the parts like it was meant for that sound.. i really was surprised by the way it changed my mind on this brand of subs.. nothing like I was informed about this brand nor is it easy for me to find something to compare ot too. It sucks not being able to have a set of em. Would Def purchase more.

good sound for the price.

If your building a system for the love of music, and not to make street noise. Then I would recommend you order one or two of them. My system is all MTX and it sound so sweet.
