Cool but Not Necessary

This is a cool gadget. However, all I had to do was throw away that Sirius FM transmitter, and the signal transmitted fine to the radio. You only need this if you live in a big city, and there are no static free radio stations. Then it would be a must-need.

Hello, I purchased the Metra 40-CR30 Pioneer Inno XM Adapter for my Ford Flex with Navagation. It was a direct fit and worked Awesome. It allows crystal clear reception through my portable XM Player through my factory system with less static and interference on the radio. I highly recommend this adapter!
