Metra-40-VW21
This is a very well made "motorola style" adapter plug. I have used it in my 528i BMW to "modify" the existing factory incoming antenna cable from the original BMW Euro connector to a "motorola style" end connector plug (as the BMW "round" connector was not keeping a strong connection, and was causing poor radio reception.
Once the BMW antenna connector was replaced with a U.S. style "motorola" plug jack .... I then used the Metra 40-VW21 connector to still be able to connect to the BMW antenna cable that was coming from the CD/Head Unit.
The Metra 40-VW21 has a nice tight fit, and I will never bee concerned that it will come loose from either the "motorola" input end, or the "round" Euro connector end.
I couldn't be more happier with the over all quality and fit.
