It's ok

Not the best reception, especially when not moving. Your need to back up or pull forward to get a decent not good signal and while driving it tends to fade in and out. From good reception to bad

I got this for my DJ-5 jeep project and it works awesome. i think i love the fact that this is hidden. it is the perfect antenna.

I bought this for my 2004 Chevy Colorado and it works great. Installation was easy and directions were clear. I wanted to get rid of my factory antenna and get that clean look and this allowed to get that. Would recommend this to other Colorado owners and others for sure especially for the price.

Easy installation, Works Great!

Unit and wires are sturdy. Antenna connector was a little loose-fitting at first but I was able to expand the flares with a screwdriver in less than a minute then it was tight. Connected power lead to switched power output from Kenwood stereo. Getting more stations than ever. Thanks!

Great Antenna.....

Great antenna. Great Price. Just what I needed. I like that it is a powered antenna, small, + has a long cable, so you can place it virtually anywhere in the car. Also that it can be placed out of sight, or if you have to put it somewhere where it will be seen, it is not something that sticks out like a sore thumb. It blends nicely with any interior. Perfect for those without antenna holes in their body, those that want to upgrade to a powered antenna, or those that need an antenna but don't want to take out the old one.

It didn't work for me.

Besides the instructions on the alcohol wipe, what you can see in the picture is all the written information that comes with it. I'm a technician and I don't know what the long plastic tool is for. I did verify 12vdc between where I hooked it up to +12v and the shielding of the antenna cable. It's worse or the same than the stock antenna. I live in the city. I hope it's not the fault of my Exelon receiver. Sonic has a different, cheaper one, the 44-UA200 with an indicator light that I'm going to try, unless anybody has any suggestions.
