hard to find Part

I could not find this part anywhere local.went to sonic website,and found it.emailed sonic to make sure it was rite for my appliction. recived quick responce , thanks recomend highly.

easy install slick look

I installed this on my 51 ford vicky custom. I was looking for a stubby to go with my retro mod. This looks and works great. Mounted it on the right side rear fender behind the spare tire. lotsa room and with a 20 deg slant back looks really cool. Oh yea great reception all bands.

Works OK

This antenna is functional, but the trim plates that fit against the auto's body are made of chrome plated steel. The plating is very thin and mine started rusting within 2 weeks.

perfect replacement

I have a classic 1989 Acua Legend and have lost a number of antennas to the car wash or to vandels. This antenna is perfect. Stays tucked away when I am using my I-Pod or CD player and the little key that comes with it is ready to pop it up when needed.
It was delivered to me promptly and was easy to install.

For use on 60's resto

I plan on using this antenna on 60-70's restorations. Just by looking at it, they seem to be a great replacement.
Time will tell.
