They are what they say they are.
Install bracket. Turns out I didn't need them, because the round ceriwn vega speakers I got were big enough to be mounted directly in the hole anyway... oh well. Inexpensive and seem pretty tough.

Quite versatile
My 2004 Honda Odyssey has 3 rear speaker holes each side but needed 4 hole mounting brackets to support Pioneer TS-G1643R 6.5" speakers. After much searching and guessing I found these adapters and they worked pretty good. Highly recommended if you need to convert from 3 hole to 4 hole mounting brackets.

Easy to use
I had to use these in order to for my window to clear the speaker magnet. These spacer rings did the trick!
