The Metra Kit was great… But
So I ordered the Metra kit that was In Stock on Tuesday Aug 15 and received a confirmation email for the order, when I ordered it I paid extra for FedEx International Priority so that I could receive the kit and install it in my RV before a trip on Mon Aug 28. So I wait a day and no email that my order has been processed, I called the Help line and talked to a nice lady who confirmed for me that yes the part was in stock and she was sure that it was being processed for shipping.
Slow forward to Aug 24 and finally I get a shipment email from Sonic and showing shipping as FedEx International Priority….But check FedEx tracking and guess what,Sonic only Actually sent it as FedEx International Economy on a package they sent Thursday with a pickup by FedEx at 4:29pm in the afternoon in Kentucky.
Economy so no weekend delivery and Arrival by FedEx will be Mon Aug 28 when I will be on the road already, so not counting Aug 15th that was 8 Days to process and ship an in stock item. This still would have been workable if it had been shipped correctly but it wasn’t, still have to contact them about the refund on my upgraded shipping.
