Arrive undamaged and well packaged. My first one through another vendor had shipped it in the factory bag inside a bubble wrapped envelope and it arrived broken. The vendor that I dealt with this time had packaged the item in a cardboard box filled with styrofoam peanuts for protection. The color match was perfect.
