great for the price
This kit is really nice and the plastic seems to be top quality. The mounting tabs on the bottom of the trim ring. These are where the ashtray assembly tabs snap into. I had a hard time getting one side to snap but i got it finally. Wish these tabs were metal. If you take your radio out alot these tabs might not hold up to long but for the price just buy a new one!

Better than expected
I wasn't sure what to expect using such a cheap install kit on a Lexus. I was guessing that it would look as cheap as it was and feel/fit terribly. However, once I finished the install I was very surprised at how good it looked. Wasn't a perfect match, but I've had several people think that the Navigation I put in was factory. Solid install kit for the money. I am a little worried about it being plastic instead of metal like factory; I'm sure it will hold up, but I never like replacing factory materials with cheaper materials. Also as a side note, I personally had to super glue the cover piece on as it was slightly out of place. Other than that, great product!
