Great fit
Used this to install a mechless Alpine ILX-W650 in a 2001 330i. Worked great, did not need to cut the airbox because the mechless unit has a much shallower depth than a CD/DVD unit. I originally ordered the 95-9313B and had to return it because it was the wrong one. Recommend you remove the center console and look at the back of it before you order the kit to make sure you get the right one. I had one DSC button and a long rectangular plate so thought it was the one with one opening (95-9313B) but I was wrong.

Never Been Happier
The only words that come to mind is Grateful and Appreciative. I never thought e46's without the navigation system could be fitted with a double din radio, but once I found out it was possible I had to go for it. Instructions wasn't to complex just make sure you know how to remove center console to make the process easier, but once I finish couldn't be happier. I bought two of these kits once I buy another radio I'm ready to do it again to my girl's e46.
