Close, but not perfect

Metra did an admirable job considering the complexity of the dash on the new Focus, but missed the mark. It's about half an inch too short on the top, and the center vents just sort of lie there and aren't securely clipped in. The finish LOOKS just like factory but will scratch easily and the plastic used is black instead of gray so every scratch shows. My DIN mounted deck rattles a bit up against the pocket, but a bit of padding should be able to take care of it.

Cheap and looks good!

The Metra 99-5816 is really a good product and looks just like the oem dash. The only problem I had with it was the fact that all the retainer clips are made from plastic where the oem ones are metal. I ended up breaking three of them putting it back in the dash. As careful as I am it was just that easy to break them. Oh well overall it looks great!

Excellent Customer Service

The first time I ordered this it arrived VERY well packaged, and yet there was a tiny crack in the corner of the smallest section. I sent an email off and was pleasantly surprised to get a reply that they had already shipped a replacement, at no extra cost to me. I love their customer service! The product itself matched the car perfectly, was very easy to install, and even came with the instructions on how to disassemble the dash!

Got what I wanted

I ordered a dash board adapter to allow for an aftermarket stereo to be installed. I got what I ordered , quickly and packaged well, which was appreciated because fedex/ups smashed up the box but my product was good!i would recommend giving them a shot.

Good product

Fit perfect with no hassles. Only downside is the cheap clips to hold it in, but SE supplied me with extras upon request!
