It fit perfectly, but my LCD display is dimmed after kit install

Fits perfectly in my 2005 Mazda 6, all buttons (hazard,A/C, recirc) all work without any problems, but my clock LCD went really dim after installing this kit. I replaced my LCD ($259.00) and still the same problem. Other than that the kit fit perfectly and I now have an indash DVD/CD palyer with a flip out screen.

I found many reviews like this kit doesnt fit English Mazdas, it cant be fixed blah blah. Rubbish! Unpack it, follow the manual, a little bit of common sense and of course slim fingers. It fits perfectly and provides an option for your Mazda to place mp3 player instead of that crap cd changer. Although panel looks very fragile and get some scratches very easily it is a good stuff and I am highly recommending it

They was very easy to install and work very well....no problem with bose system...everything is good!!!

The kit fits well and works well. The only thing that can be refined is the hazard button. It's a little tricky to activate once this kit is on, but this is a very minor complaint.
