Works well with certain receivers.
I installed it to a alpine cda-9886 receiver.
I believe that this dash kit was not made for the alpine 9886 or any receiver similar to that.
Modifications had to be made to get it to fit properly. Had to use and modify the oem brackets to make the receiver sturdy.
In the end, the mount was flush but, the trim around the receiver was not. Inserting a cd was difficult because the head unit could not completely fold down. Basically the plastic brackets that was given, limited me from positioning the deck forward. And also, the cause of the trim to not be flush, is cause by the same plastic brackets. It was just too thick.
