Did what it was supposed to do.
Product is as good as any other dash-mount product. Fitment was correct and accurate.
They are never as robust as stock mounting, but they always do the trick.

Good kit
Got this with the new radio to replace factory one. Instructions need some deciphering.... luckily, my husband is very mechanical and was able to figure it out. Had it been just me, I think it would have taken a few hours. This is why I gave it 1 star for Ease of Use.
So, if you feel comfortable with kits and installing, this probably won't be too hard. If this is your first time, good luck - find someone who knows what they are doing to help or at least give some advise.

Fantastic Product!
I've been installing for 14 years, 10 for a big box company and 4 freelance and have always preferred Metra installation products. Sonic Electronix gets me good prices since leaving the big box store and always gets my product to me in perfect condition!

Good quality, but a bit complicated (or I'm an idiot)
This is the first after-market mod I've had to make, so take this review with a grain of salt.
Pros: The housing is plastic, but the support is very good. The deck I inserted was not light by any means, and the bracket supported it nicely.
Cons: Probably due to my first time doing this, but the installation was a bit cumbersome. I had to review the instructions several times to make sure it was all going in right.
Overall: I recommend it. It was a quick DIY job (about 1 hour), and I didn't mess it up due to product malfunction, or some other failing on their part.

It fit the radio and car perfect. Without kit it would not have worked. Replacement radio is far superior to factory radio in Pontiac Vibe.
