Its 2012 and metra still has not figured out how to make the right trim size for a 1999 audi single din. I was pretty disappointed when I went to install the trim and it was too big. I crammed it into place, but it just did not look right at all. Get a different brand.

Worst dash kit ever
I ordered this kit for my 99 Audi A4 with the single din concert radio. I installed a Alpine unit and this dash kit was WAY too big. I tried trimming the edges and it still would just not fit correctly. I was able to force it into place, but it would pop back out instantly. I would NEVER recommend this product to be used. I would go with a different manufacturer, which is what I will be doing when I install my amp and box.
