Metra TE-LPC

Installed myself into our new family van with ease. If you are not tech savvy, say, don't want to open the roof liners and tuck wires around, you may want to consider the wireless method of installation for another $40 -$60 more bucks.

Quality of picture is mediocre but gets the job done. This is not top notch product like factory OEM but from the cost-effective point of view, this is pretty darn good for the money.

It is not "night vision" capable; you need to have your markers on in order to see better. And you HAVE TO turn your head while in reverse to catch up with the sides where the camera can't see. I use this camera to parallel park my van in the city streets without driving by touching others' bumpers.

When you install this camera onto the tail of your vehicle, you can ONLY mount this unit from the top side of your tail gate, where the wiring is pointing up into your vehicle by factory design, so be forewarned.

When tightening the camera onto your vehicle, be very gentle on the jamb nut; over torqueing can rip and crack the shaft of wiring form the camera.

I hope my experience can be some help to your decision on this product.
