Don't waste your money

I purchased this product so I could use my car stereo as my speakers for my iphone when I talk to some one. Well the problem is that the microphone that came with this unit is not noise canceling so when I tried to use it they would receive the echo from my speakers. Concept is perfect and if Monster would add a noise canceling headphone it would be perfect for any car that wants to have a quick, cheap and easy handsfree iphone communication.

iSoniTalk Undocumented Feature

I bought this as a remote so I wouldn’t have to use the apple remote that has the earbuds hard wired. I wanted to use my iphone to power the headphones built into my ski helmet, so the earbuds wouldn’t do. One great thing about the apple remote is that you can skip one song forward by clicking the remote twice. I really wanted this feature, but none of the iSoniTalk reviews or literature I could find listed this as a feature. I took the chance and it works! You just have to click the remote 4 times and it skips to the next song. This is easy to do because the button on the iSonitalk is large enough to click even when waring a ski glove (it’s much easier to accomplish that than with the original iphone remote).
I saw in another review that this remote has a tendency to get dislodged from the iphone due to the buildup of material it has next to the jack. I have this problem as well, so I’m using a iphone headphone adapter. May kind of defeat the purpose for some people, but I’m happy with the solution I have. All other features of the iSoni are great.
I purchased the iSoniTalk here on SonicElectronix.com. They had the best price I could find and shipped it out immediately.
