I received my first Monster Clarity HD MICRO (never buy anything with such a long name) and was very excited to use it. Not only is the sound quality mediocre (volume ok, clarity is completely absent), but the audio jack did not work. If you have a music device without Bluetooth, you cannot use these speakers. It required force to plug in the 3.5mm audio jack, it is obvious there is a design flaw. Last week I received a 2nd brand new device, as Sonic Electronix is very good about warranties, and it has the exact same issue. It can take an hour of twisting the headphone jack and pulling it in and out to make a connection before any sound comes through. A definite waste of money.
