Never mind...
I've had two of these now. The first one just flat out stopped working in 2 months. The second one only circulates air after 2 weeks. Morningware QC may be asleep. WHEN it works, no problems.

Do not buy. You've been warned.
Not recommended. Mine broke after one month. Not worth the hassle to return. I used it less than 10 times trying different things. Overall, I think it's good for reheating but not much else.
