Great for the Price

Thick 4700 strand. Not as thick as Knu but it is so much cheaper and it is well worth the money. Great product. Heat shrink is a little dinky and lugs have small holes so it wasn't easy to find grounds.

Does what it should!

I purchased this big3 because I needed to upgrade to 1/0 alt wiring for the 320amp DC alt coming in. Kit has everything you need besides a fuse and block, nice flexible high quality ofc wiring and sturdy terminals. Even on the stock alt just adding this wiring increased my output and really helped stabilize my voltage. Something that just about any audio system can benefit from.

I ran this kit in a 2009 Aveo5 lt and it was very easy to work with and had plenty of wire to use. It made a major difference in the electrical system. I am running 2 Dc audio 12 inch level 4's and a hifonics 2400.1 d class amp and a hifonics 640.4 and not headlight dimming since I put this in the car.

Awesome kit

This kit has the same amazing high strand silver tinned copper that NVX uses in their amp kits. It is super flexible and easy to work with. The ring terminals that are included i noticed are made of copper with some kind of chrome coating, and they are very good quality. You will need some sort of crimping tool though. The only thing I didnt like is they suggest that you put a fuze within 12 feet of your battery on the battery wire but there isnt one included with this kit but otherwise it is awesome.

Great kit

This big three kit is awsome. I like how only one end of each wire has a terminal crimed on and not on both ends. Having the extra terminals to crimp on your own allows for a custom cut and crimp. I install car audio as a hobby for many of my friends and family. As well as their friends and relatives. I have used many kits, or custom made my own. This kit is extremely convenient and easy to use. It allows for custom cut and no need to purchase anything extra. Everything you could possibly need for a big three upgrade is in this kit. The wires are extremely flexible and will turn into tight corners. I like to hide as much wire as possible as I like a clean look. These wires were more than what I hoped and was looking for. I will most definitely be looking for spools of this wire for future audio installs.

Big 3 done

Great wires, easy to install and gauge to spec, fits 0 gauge fittings perfectly. I also bought the NVX battery terminal connectors. Very happy with the quality of their products. Ended up with about 4FT extra wire.

big 3 kit

this is a great kit. I bought off ebay a 8 ton crimper to crimp the lugs that needed to be crimped after you get them to length. This kit fit perfectly over my new mechman alternator lug. The big 3 kit now gives me all the power I need. The wires were plently long enuff and install was so easy. Buy it...it just works.

High quality product

Pros: A really great product that lives up to what it says it is. It's true 1/0 gauge and is on the same par with 4 gauge Kicker Amp kit I got last year.

Cons: No RCA cables with the high price tag I feel they should at least gave you 1 20ft but other then that is the 3/4" black rubber firewall grommet. They say rubber but it's cheap plastic. Every thing else is what they say it is high quality.

Extreme Power!!

Im an audio installer and I had one of my customer's who was looking to add more power to his system. Told him of sonic electronics and he ordered 2 of the NVX XAPK1D's; 4 20FT NVX true 1/0 guage wire along with 4 XS Power D3100's and 2 275 amp Universal high output alternaters, also from sonic. After about 4 hours of wiring and fusing everything, started up the truck, voltage was @ 15.6; while disturbing the peace, never dropped below 14.7. NVX has the same quality as kicker but for way less, thanks sonic.

Quality Kit

I was surprised how heavy the wire was when I picked up the package. This kit was perfect for my needs. The power blocks were easy to use and the 4ch RCA wires made it nice and clean. The only issue I had with this kit is... The wires smelt like anti - freeze when a car has been overheating. The smell went away after a few days, but I can still catch a feint stench of it when it's been in the heat over 90F weather all day. It's only been a few weeks since the install though.

True quality product

Most manufacturers advertise their 1/0 wiring with incorrect gauge by using more insulation and less wire. The NVX is a true 1/0 gauge and it is a pure copper wire. I'm impressed with its flexibility of the wiring, much more flexible than I originally thought it would be. The distribution blocks are good quality. This is definitely the best wiring setup I've used so far and it is priced reasonably.

0 gauge Wire

What can I say these wires are the best. My run is to the rear of my vehicle and I get 12.8 volts when off and 14.6 when running. Usually any cable ran to to rear you get voltage drop due to length. But not with these. I have a digital distribution block in the back and that how I know what I am getting. I highly recommend these cables...

The wiring kit seems a bit pricey compared to others but the quality makes it well worth it only negative is there are no screws to mount the fuse holder or distribution blocks but wire is very flexible and not like the cheap wire that is only copper on the ends it is the same wire all the way through you definitely get what you pay for if you need 0 gauge wire this is the way to go

this is the best amp kit i ever had better then the cheap wires out there and got my system sounding better than before i think if your looking for a amp kit this is the way to go if you have more then one amps.

Very flexible

I just put this wire in my 2011 Ford fusion Se with out sync with out navigation with out Sony system. I have a alpine mrp m500 and a mrp f300. The wire is great and plenty of power going through them. Wire is flexible and worth the money

Great product, impressive customer service

I have this wire kit hooked up in my 2013 dodge avenger, I was surprised how flexible the wire was, and just like the description ses, it's true zero gauge, with quality parts( except the plastic gasket). Very impressed with sonics customer service, they sent the wrong kit but quickly sent out the right kit, even b4 I sent the wrong kit back to them. Forget kicker/ jl audio's overprised wire kits. This product is of the same quality, although I am a kicker/rockford guy when it comes to speakers/subs.

Good Wire, But That's It

Awesome, true to spec wire, fairly flexible being that it's such a big wire. The kit came with everything I needed to do the big 3. Now for the bad part. The upgrade did absolutely nothing for my charging system, the only thing I done was managed to blow money on something that I didn't need, made no difference. It's all a sales gimmick, the only way I think it will make a difference is if your running a really h/o alternator in which you would be required to run larger gauge wire or melt the smaller gauge factory wiring, catch stuff on fire etc, but for a stock alternator? Your just wasting your money. But I can't give this product a low star review, it's wiring. The wire is great, just the purpose of the wiring is a waste of time & money for stock alternators. Bad purchase for my app, or any similar app running stock alternators, don't recommend big 3's for it, just trust me and don't make the mistake I did..

This is the best amp kit you can buy. It is very flexible and durable. I am doing my entire install using nvx products. If you havent tried any of the nvx products you're missing out on quality. I'm so glad SONIC ELECTRONIX told me about this product. Nvx has everything you need for a clean install.

This item is good because you can get it all in one order. Its more expensive than ordering by the foot, the ordering terminals separate and all that. So it adds a bit of convenience. The cables are high quality. The terminal are also very good. Make sure you scrape, sand, or grind off the chrome finish . Its copper underneath.

Only thing that would make this kit better is if included a fuse holder and a fuse (like the competitor products) . The reason I chose this kit over the ones that include the fuse and holder, is this is OFC cabling. If your going to buy 0 gauge, no point buying crappy CCA.

Overall good value, would definitely buy it again in the future.

The Best

I just installed this kit in my 08 Tahoe and I must say that this is the best kit I have ever used. It is amazing at the flexibility of the 1/0 gauge wire, it is usually a pain to run, but not with this kit. Everything included is of the best quality you can find, especially for this price. Do yourself a favor and also order the Xscorpion CC-06WS cutter. This thing is freaking awesome and cuts through even the heaviest cable with ease.

Great kit for dual amp setup. Wires are pure copper, not like many other kits at similar prices. Heavy gauge 1/0 wire but also very flexible.
Terminals are solid, didn't have any issues with installation.

Pros: superior wire quality, quality terminals on all junctions and wires. (did not use the kit for attaching to amps so N/A on those)

Cons: the 2 4-gauge wires for power/ground could be a bit longer, and the 1/0 ground wire could certainly use a few more feet as it may be a bit difficult to find a good ground location using the length provided.

Overall I would certainly recommend and would purchase again.

This is the best amp kit I have purchased. The cable is super heavy and flexible.

NVX 0 gauge

This product was amazing. It was think wiring along with it being OFC. The only thin is you will need a soldering kit for the terminals because you would not be able to crimp them.

Fantastic value!

The quality of this cable is superb, it appears to be identical to the Kicker 1/0 hyperflex I ran front to back 5 years ago. It's REAL copper wire which is almost hard to believe considering the price of the kit vs how copper has skyrocketed in price over recent years. Of the 5 or 6 brands of 1/0 I have in my car and numerous others I've installed, NVX is now very near the top of my list.

The lugs included are also of very high quality. My only complaint is the holes were a few sizes too small for my application for everything but the alternator output post which was a tad too large. Nothing a vice and sharp drill bits couldn't fix though.

I spent hours shopping around for the best big 3 upgrade kit in terms of value, I firmly believe that this is it.

Highest Quality Kit I've Seen

I can't put the quality of this kit into words. Very high strand count tinned copper cable that has more copper than any true spec 1/0 ga. i've seen. The same goes for the 4 ga. cable included in this kit as well. The fuse holder and distro blocks are very nice and work perfectly. The terminals provided are huge. Definitely the thickest i have ever seen. The cable jacket is just the right thickness to provide superior protection and still remain very flexible. The blue and smoked gray jackets on these cables are beautiful. The power wire has 6 feet of braided nylon on it to add more protection under the hood. I am running 2 amps in my truck and this kit delivers all the juice they need. I get the same reading on digital multimeter at the amps as I do at the battery. I have yet to be disappointed by a single NVX product. I recommend this kit 100%. Buy it. You will not regret it.

Very High Quality Big 3 Kit

I don't think I can put the quality of this kit into words. NVX has done it again. I have yet to be disappointed in a single product from them. The tinned copper cables have a very high strand count. The copper in these cables is every bit of 1/0 ga. I would say it's actually a little larger than true 1/0. The jacket on the NVX cables is beautiful. It is just the right thickness to offer great protection and remain highly flexible. The terminals provided with this kit are the biggest I have ever seen. They are very thick. You will either need one heck of a crimper or be prepared to solder as I did. The lugs and jacket hold up very nice to the heat from the torch while soldering. My electrical system in my NNBS GMC Sierra Crew Cab is performing extremely well after big 3 upgrade with this kit. I'm running 2 amplifiers and my voltmeter doesn't budge at full tilt. Only time it drops is due to the GM voltage regulator on the newer trucks that supposedly helps the mpg. I can even hold down all 4 window buttons with stereo and A/C on and the voltmeter stays on same reading. Awesome. I've used plenty of other brands of cable and none of them come close to NVX. You will not regret buying this kit.

I was looking for some 4 channel signal cables and ended up buying these. There is no noise from other cables or devices even with a lot of cables running next to it and that is what you want. The only con I had was the plastic shield broke of pretty easily at the connectors but the inner cable was still intact.

OmG amazing!!!

This is oxygen free 100% pure virgin copper (OFC) that has been dipped in silver. I was using a diffrent cables that was OFC but it was also (CCA) Aluminum wire dipped in copper.

The difference in volts that I gained was 40% higher! So it is most certainly more efficient. Thank you NVX & thank you sonic electronix!!!!

Honestly, these are great cables!

I really like these cables, I have just stepped into the competitive stages of car audio not very long ago and now realize the importance of good durable rca cables to deliver good clear signals to the amplifiers. These cables work great and there tuff and durable. The ends fit very VERY snug, there is no coming loose with these. I like the fact that they are heavy duty ends and a braided coating down the entire cable. Good quality!

This wire IMHO is better than knu and sky high and cheaper. Very flexible and slightly bigger spec.

You can not go wrong, and this kit gives you 14 feet total as opposed to every other company giving 12 feet.

Big wires

When it comes to do the big 3 this its the best kit you would find for the buck. I did a lot shoping around to find the best quality and price and it leads me to this nvx... Once I got it deliver and I check it out it totally impressed me on quality and flexibility... This its a top quality wiring brand at least I think so, for what I experience.. I like it so much that I also order a power and ground wires from nvx for my entire system ( jlhd 1200, jl 400/4, rf cap.hd10fard)
As far as imprubment it did, louder and clearer bass, louder mids and highs, the only think it didn't help much on dimming lights, it help some but I can still notece some dimming when playing it super loud... But as fur as big 3 upgrades this its the kit to get....

Works great on tundras

I was asking a lot from my stock alternator and batter playing 2100 watts rms. I read about doing the big 3 ad was hoping it would help. My idling current was 13.6 volts from the factory. After the big 3 I was seeing consistent 14-14.2 idling voltage on my digital distribution block. Highly recommend the big 3 upgrade to squeeze all you can from the factory set up.

This Big 3 setup kit is better than what I was hoping for. Its really is TRUE 100% OFC 1/0 AWG, that is very strong and flexible. I installed this on my 95 GMC Suburban K2500 and took me no more than 25 minutes (ripout and installation) to complete. Even had about 3 feet left over from the power wire and close to 2 feet left from the ground wire.

Great Wire

I originally ordered the mechman big 3 upgrade to match the mechman high output alternator that I installed. But the mechman wires were crap! The 0 guage was so loose in the housing that you could pull strands out from the ends. Complete garbage. I ordered the nvx to replace and the quality was so much better.

True 1/0 Gauge

I was happy to see that this product out shined the other options in the same category by having true 1/0 Gauge OFC Copper. Plenty of length for the runs, and made a run from opposite ends of the vehicle bay in my car from alternator to battery. Won't be a problem of too little wire for 99.9% of cars.

It's Silver tinned OFC!

For being 0/1 awg, it's worth the money. The fact that you get 20ft of ofc 0/1, 2x5ft of ofc 4 awg, and all the distributors is a steal of a deal. The 4 awg wires are good quality too. I used all but the fuses that came with it and had no issues installing and no issues with the setup thus far(1 month).

If your on the fence, like I was, about what 0/1 kit to get, get this one and be done with it. Works great for my dual amp setup (4 channel + 2 channel).

Pros: True 0 AWG wire, and 4 AWG wire. Main terminals are already crimped. Terminal blocks are high quality and brass. Very little to no voltage drop. True OFC. Very flexible cable jackets. Also, I've spotted a few other audio brands that have the exact same box as this kit, presumably from the same manufacturer..NVX is the lowest price while maintaining equal, excellent quality. The wire is obviously the blue and grey colored polarity scheme introduced back in the early 2000's, which is a little nicer looking than the normal red and black.

Cons: I guess distribution blocks and crimp connectors are no longer gold plated anymore. Also the 0 AWG is too long. I would have preferred it to be 3 foot shorter to save $15 on the total kit. I was reluctant to cut it to mine to installation length, so I have it coiled and hidden (I am recovering this kit if I ever sell my truck). The remote turn on cable could have been thicker, as its just cheap lamp cable, or eliminated from the kit to save another $5.

NVX products does it again with this kit! 100% OFC, True 1/0 gauge wiring, and solid distribution blocks definitely puts this kit at the top! I had absolutely no issues installing this kit and I really like the braided end for use in the engine bay. This kit was a perfect addition to my install and I would highly recommend it!

Great quality, but has 1 issue

The quality of the wire and hardware included in this kit is awesome. The 0 gauge is HUGE, and the protective shielding is super thick. They even come pre-braided so it looks top shelf as well. But there is one issue... the distribution blocks that come with the kit don't actually fit 0 gauge wire. So in order to get the massive 0 gauge wire into the distribution block, you have to snip away 10 or 15% of the wire to get it to fit. It looks like the distribution blocks are for 2 gauge or something similar. Other then that, this is a nice kit.

Nvx's wire is always top of the line it's almost always what I buy. It's easy to maneuver because it's so easy to bend and the thickness of the wire is comparable to other manufacturers. The kit comes with everything you need, I installed it in my f250 with a nvx vcw 12 2 and a hifonics Brutus 2000 D it supplies that puppy with plenty of power. I even had enough wire left over to do somewhat of a big three upgrade, keep in mind I have a truck and did not have to go the the trunk of a car.

This 1/0 Ga dual amp wiring kit has everything needed for 2strong amps with the potential to run 2 more with a max amperage rating of 300 is very feasable to run 3 easily. I had 2ft of bl+gray 4 Ga wire left and 3ft of 1/0 Ga left. The extra length of wire is nice and allowed me to run a extra ground from my battery to frame. The fuse block and dist blocks are nice and thick.
This is the thickest wire I have ever used other than kicker. The silver tinning is nice and helps corrosion and helps power transfer also.
I am a ase and 15yr ford master technician and specialize in electrical systems. Excellent quality! !!I will personally never use another brand. And roughly 35% less just awesome! !

The Amp kit is very nice. The only real disappointment was they supply spade connections vs ring terminals for power hookups.

Also, this amp kit will require you to mount both amps relatively close to each other with what comes in the box. So no mounting one amp under the seat and the other in the trunk with this kit

Nvx big 3 upgrade

Installed the big 3 upgrade on a 2012 f150 and it made a major difference in voltage wires are long enough to cut to length you need and have some left over I personally put a 250 amp circuit breaker in between my battery and alternator wire just for piece of mind you don’t have to do this I just chose to do it on my truck. But I definitely recommend the big 3 upgrade from NVX especially if your running high output amps and and other accessories it’s a must have
