Amplifier arrived quickly. It was missing a part. I contacted Sonic and was fully prepared to hear an excuse such as since its refurbished, it doesn't come with the part. But they answered my email the same day and said they were gonna try to figure it out. The next day I got an email saying the missing part was being sent to me. I thought this was exceptional customer service. This is why I continue to make my purchases from Sonic whenever possible..
