Simply amazing! Entry level?

I can not believe these are considered entry level speakers. I am picky and these sound really great for their price point. The mid-bass is spot on, and blended really well with my 10" subwoofer. When it comes to tweeters, they’re super smooth and very clear, not harsh or ear piercing at all. If you are looking for an incredible sounding set of components without the big price tag look no further.

these fit the speakers great. few issues I had was my 6x9 aftermarket speaker was hitting the window track when installed with this brackets. i had to put a gap between the brackets and speakers so the speaker wouldn't hit the window track. I also had to trim the extra plastic on the inside of the door panel to compensate for the gap. even if I didn't gap the speakers I still had to trim the panels. overall after all that was done, it looked and fit ok.

Solid speakers for the money

Got these for my old Prius to have some better speakers than stock. Running them on an old Alpine MRP-F300. They perform pretty well thus far. Handle power good and can pack a decent punch. I think once they're broken in they will sound even better. The tweeters leave some to be desired. At certain frequencies they don't sound the best, but these are budget speakers so I cant complain. These aren't audiophile quality but they will make an old system sound better than stock for sure.

Good product

The adapters fit relatively well considering they were not specifically for my vehicle; no modifications required. It took a lot longer than expected for the items to ship out, but it was worth the wait. These speaker adapters will work for the rear 6x9's on a 01-05 Lexus IS300.

Excellent adapters for 2014 FJ Cruiser

These worked perfectly to adapt Morel 6x9 speaker replacements for the OEM speakers in my FJ Cruiser. They are plastic, but they are sturdy.

Manufacturer Error

2013 Toyota Tacoma. Does not fit correctly underneath the door. One speaker is ruined by this defect. Passenger side fits correctly. Drivers side is like a inch to low and hits the back side of the door panel.

Great for 2008 RX350

These fit my girlfriend's 2008 RX350 front speakers to fix the terrible mounting.

They fit well. I added some closed-cell foam tape between the door and adapters and between the adapters and speakers to prevent vibration.

My only complaint is that it didn't come with any screws to go into the adapter and didn't suggest any particular size. I happened to have some that fit great, but it would have been nice to get 30 cents worth of the right size screws. This is nothing to do with SonicElectronix and is strictly about the Metra manufacturer.

I only spent like $250 (paired these with the 6x9 coax set) and got a system that makes me smile just from the bass alone, the highs are crispy clear (try covering a tweeter while a song is playing and you’ll notice how sharp they really are), and they work great in my home system too. running these paired with the 6x9s and a high powered 12 makes my civic sound like a box chevy

NVX 6.5"

I ordered 2 sets of these and they sound good. They are running off OEM amplifier, and you can feel the air coming from the bass. To get the most out of them, you definitely need to give them at least 100 watts to each speaker. Eventually I'll upgrade to an 8-channel amp.
