Great spare tire subwoofer
Absolutely great for what it is. It is heavy and sturdy. The size was perfect for installing in a CX-9 with a Bose sound system. The nut that holds it in place is a bit too so the first carpet is resting on the nut but the second carpet sits flush and I didn't lose any usable trunk space.
The installation is a breeze and the entire woofer feels solid and of good quality. I purchased an open box - Great. The condition is an understatement it wasn't great it was like new. All cables were in the box and the majority wasn't even open.
The important bit, sound, the bass is punchy and it moves enough air to enhance the sound given the size it is great. It will not shake your bones like a ported 12 inch but it is plenty strong enough and precise enough to elevate the sound in the car. I would buy it again in a heartbeat.
