Better than EVER
I really like the upgrades over the previous design. The rubber may be a little thinner but the foam definitely makes up for it. I love how easy it is to manipulate into the small spots on the installation to make it so much easier. I love the direction NVX took adding the foam to the design.
Keep it up guys.

Nice improvement
Using this product in the door areas for mid bass improvement. I used 2 of the SDBBP40 (without the third layer of foam) to cover the whole inside of the vehicle. When I ran out of material and needed a bit more for the doors, I was thrilled to Find NVX added a dampening material with the foam backing. This is a NVX install all the way: speakers, amps, cables...

Great value, excellent product
I'm not sure how there could be a complaint here. I was pleased with the quantity of material I received given the price I paid. It's extremely adhesive material and very easy to roll down. It's malleable, yet heavy. It worked very well for the trunk and rear doors, and I may need a smaller quantity to cover the front doors, but that's still a full car under $100. 5 stars.

Works amazingly well, Super easy Install.
This multi layer sound deadening is great. In the past I have used multiple layers to get the best results for my vans and this stuff combines them to cut install time in half. Noise inside my camper van is significantly cut making long drives much more pleasant. The sheet size is perfect to cover large areas. My only complaint is that some of the foam layer tore while rolling making it hard to get super clean look. But since most areas get hidden this is not a problem

Best bang for your buck
I would recommend this product because I feel it compares very greatly to other high end brands of their competition. The only negative thing I have to say about it is that the top foam layer can rip very easily if your not very careful and try to rush the install. There’s no smell compared to brands of the same price of similar items .

Good product
Decided to try this over the regular sound dampener due to the foam layer. So far it seems to be working and has minimized the rattling from my bass speaker in the trunk.

Great sound isolation!
The description is slightly confusing, so I will clarify it myself: "NVX SDRF40 Tri-layer Bulk Pack" ($169.98) is two (2) boxes (20 sq. ft. each) of the sound damping adhesive foam rubber mat --- in total: 40 sq ft.
It reduces not only the sound, but also heat and cold (your AC will appreciate that).
Currently I installed 40 sq ft (floor, trunk) and I already hear (and feel) a serious difference. Road noise was reduced tremendously, in-car music became more clear and crisp (even without changing any audio equipment). It feels more comfortable now to talk with a passenger.
Soon I will install 20 sq ft more (into the doors), and later I'm planning to do the same with the roof.
Caution: this foam (its outer layer) is very fragile, and can be easily ripped with a tool or even with a nail, so it must be installed between cat's body and soft carpets/lining.
Recommendations:
1. remove all car's carpets, lining; inner decorative panels;
2. it is advisable to remove seats as well, it will give you substantially more working space and will make your process much easier;
3. also it is advisable to buy (apart) a transparent paper and use it as a template (to cut out sheets and pieces of the sound isolating mat matching with the parts of your car's interior);
4. always strictly follow the application instructions, clean very well car's surface with 99% rubbing alcohol (buy it separately), remove all dust (you can use a vacuum) and then dry all remaining moisture (you can use a heat gun) before you apply the sound dampening foam mat;
5. use hands or rollers to carefully apply the mat; finish the application with a roller (using moderate force); NVX SDRLR2 is a very good roller for the final step of the application;
6. put back carpets, lining, panels, seats;
7. enjoy the result and say "Thank you!"

Well worth the upgrade over thin 2-layer CLD
This was installed 2 years ago, I just bought more NVX 3-layer to get more coverage on the floor and doors. It definitely does the job and is easy to apply. The foam material helps in my application for thermal insulation and seems to work better overall than the cheap 2-layer stuff I have in the rear of the vehicle. It also packs down less under foot areas which are just covered by thin aftermarket carpet.

Best deal in sound deadner
If you are looking for sound deadner this is it. Very thick like some of the higher end deadner at a fraction of the cost. Win/win in my book.
A++++++++
This stuff is awesome. Completely night and day difference after installation
This company is so good they made me spend more money lol
Awesome 195 mil deadener!
It’s not listed in the description but it’s written on the box it’s 195 mil. So it’s thick and heavy stuff. For the price I don’t think it can be beaten. I like that it’s a 1 application product with the foam already on it. I deadened my doors in the cold because I am installing 4 8’s into each of my front doors. I wanted to give them the best environment possible to produce good midbass. I lightly heated the panel with a heat gun, and it stuck perfect. The door is extremely solid with a satisfying thud when you tap it! I have enough to do my whole Expedition and I can’t wait for it to warm up so I can get it then!
