Tight Accurate Bass

Not a lot of speakers out there that can pack in so much quality into such a low price. NVX subs sound amazing considering their price point. and even without considering it they still perform quite well. these are my second set of NVX subs. I also have 2 12 inch x series. and although these are much smaller and very cheap they are well made and sound very accurate in their suggested frequency range.

Wonderful sub

I have it hooked up to a kicker 250 and at 2 ohms. It really can handle the power and produce tight bass. Love the sub

I have used lots of NVX! My favorite was the XQW104, but it was discontinued. So I put this in the back glass of my 05 CTS. It's running free air so I know it could sound better, but EVERYONE is Amazed by how great it sounds! NVX for the win... again!

AMAZED!!

So I was into SPL for a while and wanted to dial it back a bit. For Christmas my wife purchased 2 of the NVX 8inch dual 4ohm subs for me. I have to say they sound incredible!!! Not to mention at $50 each is a complete steal. If you're wanting more bass on a "small" budget I highly recommend the NVX 8" subs.

These woofers sound great!

NVX, Rockford, Kicker, and JL Audio are the main manufacturers who have grilles that fit their woofers. I decided to give NVX a try for an oversized Bluetooth boombox project. The box is made of wood and 30" long, 16" high, and 8" deep.

I originally had a pair of mid woofers for the lows and a pair of 4" Fosgate Prime speakers for the mid/highs. I was not happy with the sound so I called Sonic and confirmed the woofers and grilles fit. The hole in the existing box was slightly larger and I had to re-drill.

The existing box has a small class D Bluetooth 2.1 supposedly 2X50 and 1X100 watts. These NVX woofers did the trick. The box has plenty of great sounding bass with just 100 watts (max) running two of these 8" woofers wired to 4 ohms. I plan to buy another pair with matching grilles.

So far sound is great and hits good for a little subwoofer. I built a ported box. For the price point this is a good sub if your looking for just a little more the stock sound.

Great value subwoofer!

Wow these affordable 8" drivers impressed me! I put two of them in a ported enclosure at .75 cu ft each and drove them with a total of 500 watts rms of Kicker power and they were surprisingly loud! The mid to upper bass frequencies are reproduced the loudest and provide a nice sound.
