good replacement

good replacement 6x9 in the rear deck of a 96 Lumina. Works well with junk factory gm radio. Sure adding a different radio and amp would make them great. Huge magnet, tons of bass. Well worth it.

Good factory replacement speakers.

As long as you are not looking for bass then these speakers are perfect for replacing factory speakers. The high end and mid range on these sound great the low end distorts easily but if you are running a factory stereo then that shouldn't be a problem. The build quality is fairly good for the $18.95 that I paid for them and I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a cheap factory replacement speaker.

Nice speakers for the cost!

I am using these as mid bass speakers, running them at 4 ohms with 100 watt amp, they sound great! I cut off the tweeter leads as I did not need any more highs in my vehicle and the response with out the cap they put on them is great. Out of the box they sound terrible, once I removed the tweeter leads I got the mid bass I was looking for... Great solution for under 20 bucks!

6×9 Speakers

I just got these put in last week ( two pairs of them in the cab of my truck) and they seem to have a pretty good range of sound with crisp highs and decent amount of bass too. The only down sides of them were one of the speaker grilles cracked in the plastic around the screw hole while tightening the screws down, and all the corners of the mesh grilles became loose after tightening the grilles down also. But for being just under $20 a pair I'm very happy with them.

So far so good.

These speakers work great. Have had them in for about a month and no problems. They sound good and were inexpensive.

I bought these to replace my stock speakers in my car and I got the 4 way 6.5s in my doors and even on the factory stereo the sound great especially for the price.. I would and have recommended them to others. Can't wait to upgrade my stereo and add a 4 channel amp.
